Avoid this place at all cost. I got food poisoning. Took one of the worst bowel movements of my life.
The prices on the menu don’t match what they charge you. Also prices are more than the A&W a few blocks away (on Robert-Bourassa). Also slow af service.
Well air conditioned restaurant compared to some other A&W around the area. Cashier was very polite and understanding offered me a cup of water when he saw me sweating. Food was great as expected.
No it isn't open 24 hours. I am there for the breakfast 10 May at 8am, 11 May at 7:50am and 8:50am all these days are closed. On the windows doesn't say anything no indication why it isn't open. On the Google maps say open 24hWhat happened? Please let me know
Secure your valuables, try not to touch anything with your bare hands, grab a seat by the window and watch the bum show unfold outside.One of the dirtiest A&W:s I have ever seen. Extremely expensive for what you get but I love their Rootbeer floats. Unfortunately, the floats are no longer served in the big frozen glass mugs.
Went in to see what they offer. I asked if the Double Mozza is double meat & Cheese, or only double meat, one cheese. Cashier ( April 10, 2022, 2:50pm) said "it's both double meat and double cheese". I said "OK I guess I'll try it then for that price" and ordered one.It came with only one cheese slice. I told her. She said "I guess it only comes with one". I asid "but you told me it comes with two". She said "I have to charge you for another one". I said "no.. you told me it was one price, now you are telling me it's another price... either give me the extra cheese for free or just refund me the whole thing.."She refunded me the whole thing. Shockingly incompetent, even for post-covid unskilled labour.
Food was meh,Fries weren't salted, the food was okay, but not amazing.The ridiculous thing is how it was 27$ for really something that I wouldn't pay 20$ for knowing how it tastes.For 27$ I didn't even get napkins, like cmon.I've been to 2 A&W and both were a bad disappointment for exorbant prices.Please avoid.
Reception is disorderly, they struggle with keeping track of whose order is whose.Prices are insanely high for the quality of food they put out.The food is presentable but lacking taste or savour. Very dry.27 dollars for two trios, one spicy chicken burger, the other chicken fingers. Both of which were mediocre at most.The fries are very disappointing.The place is very rundown and dirty. It looks like they don't clean up at all. Tables are not sanitised throughout the day it seems.Not recommended.
