Hostile staff with communication issues. Might help the cashier hear orders if he didn’t have headphones in one ear. Called me rude for asking for a refund because they charged me twice for juice I didn’t want, as their fountain machine was broken. What’s the point of going to A\\u0026W if you can’t get root beer anyways? They outright refused to refund the juices. I won’t be returning to this A\\u0026W or any others, I advise you do the same considering the plethora of alternatives in the area.
Food was ok this time. The bacon was a bit hard to chew. Also, didn't quite get what I've ordered. Staff seemed a bit out of focus.
The food itself was good. However, there are signs everywhere everywhere offering a telephone number that you can message if you have a comment And so I used this service, but nobody responded. My complaint is that they are not using and serving the cold glass mugs. The cashier indicated that they are not serving them due to covid. I want to explain that now we know so much more about covid that this is simply scientifically unsound thinking. The whole thing that differentiates this restaurant from other restaurants is the fact that they serve soda in cold mugs. I counsel you to return to this practice immediately.

Ordered late night, and the onion rings crumbled and lost their shape. Formed a bit of a onion ring chunk in the little baggy. Disappointing compared to what you can usually expect from A\\u0026W onion rings.

quick serving yummy sweet potato fries and habanero chicken burger, but it still does not look like an after COVID era place to eat ? I wish it looked a bit more organized
