I went with I friend. It was my first time there. We were walking by and thought it was a good choice just to get some fries and a drink. Nobody was there so in an empty Restaurant one would expect two fries to take two minutes to prepare. However it took over 10. The staff shift had just changed and none of the employees starting even knew there was an outstanding order as they stood and chatted with each other. Only when I questioned what was happening they made the order. Very Unprofessional. Never again.
One of the slowest A&W in MTL. I had to ask them where my order was after 10 minutes of waiting (for a small soda that I had ordered separately after finishing my meal). There was no one waiting when I ordered and they could have made it while I was paying... It legit takes 10 seconds to make a small soda.But A&W is delicious and B A S E D5 stars
says it's open 24 hours but closed at night, workers lock the door and don't let anyone in while they just sit there and do nothing.
Not even 24 hours like theh say it’s a scam. Plus the workers are extremely rude. Go elsewhere!!!
This is not a 24h. The staff refused to serve us and locked the door. When even be here at night if you don't want to work?
24/7 place that's not actually 24/7. At night they lock the doors and won't let anyone in. Recommended to avoid.
Supposed to be opened 24 hours as it clearly says on their door but said they were closed when I showed up.
