Worst service we ever had, firstly we came after this Mexican family we ordered the same food but ours came in less than 3 minutes yet this Mexican family had to wait for longer meaning they gave us microwave food while preparing for this other family. Secondly our salad as you can see in the picture was am sure from yesterday. Never will we go back ever again.

Food didn’t taste fresh. Corn had no flavor. Calamari must have been old or frozen and then cooked. Many items not on the menu. Service was slow and waitress seemed bored or irritated to be there. The sauces saved the meal. Menus were sticky and bugs flying around.

This place has an amazing location. It's Lively with good music and the stained glass Windows makes it super pretty.First thing I noticed, Most of them spoke nearly no English at all and barley could understand French. I had let them know in advance it was my bf birthday and they said they would bring cake. But that never happened.?There was no hand sanitizer anywhere.We were seated on the bar side and I noticed that even though there was only 3 couples myself included there were tables which still weren't cleaned off.Stuff seamed to be sufficient for amount of people.We had no napkins or utensils. Took a good 15 minutes to order drinks and they arrived a good 15 minutes after that. But they're were very tasty ?.Food was great as well. But the service was really REALLY SLOW. We had to get up and ask for hot sauce and salt which she for some reason didnt know what we were asking for.Our waitress although nice only came to bring us food and than bring the bill which we had to ask for 2 times. Get up and put our coats on to show them we were running late for an event.Overall location and food great. Customer service needs to be worked on a lot. Considering the location language barrier needs to be imporved as well.
Service was terrible. Waited 15 minutes for someone to even look at our table and the bartender was directly infront of us and ignored us. Got chips, salsa came 15 minutes later. Asked for our bill when the mojito was wrong and they gave us attitude and threw the bill at us. Definitely do not recommend this place. DO NOT GO HERE!! manager employees need some training for sure. Attitude and service wise.
The service was way too slow, came to get drinks and it took 25 mins for them to seat us on a saturday at 3pm and they didn’t acknowledge us at all the entire time. Then, the server gave us the menus and told us to seat ourselves at a table. We waited another 10 mins for someone to serve us because we had no idea if we had to approach the bar or wait for a server as no one had really spoken to us. Eventually we ended up leaving because it wasn’t worth the 35 min wait we had already waited.
