Worst Tim I have ever seen. I’ve Been there 4 or 5 times and it just keeps getting worse. First time they just completely forgot half of my order and I could see the employee that took my order just walking around in circles not doing anything while I was waiting for her to notice for like 20 minutes. Second time it said they were open but the door was locked. The two other times the employees were just completely rude and it took so long for me to order when I was the only client waiting . More than once I waited for like 10-15 minutes before leaving because no one would come to take my order or even say something like « we’ll be here in a minute ». Today we decided to eat there… worst idea ever. They wouldn’t give us a glass of water. Also an employee was so loud the whole time we were there, like actually yelled the whole time when talking to here colleagues we had to eat so quickly to leave. I gave this Tim the benefit of the doubt but honestly would give them a zero If I could.

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons! They never get your order right! And the lady that’s the manager is sooo rude! When I told her that they gave me the wrong order, she even made fun of it! Worst service!

The worst service ever!!!

Service extremely slow and disorganized,They threw the hash browns in the bag under everything with no wrappersThey begun making the order when we were at the window. The employee spoke to us as « yo » and « aille » the Timmatin I had was all crooked and falling apart. Overrall disappointed. There were many different employees but only two actually working the others were standing there

To whom this may concern,I am deeply dissapointed in the service received at this establishment. One of the employees named Ahmed started cussing at me in the drive thru, when I repeated over that I had a hearing issue. I tried to enter at 7:00 pm, and the doors were locked. I am going to happily take my business elsewhere. The food here is usually very good, so I am very dissapointed I have to take my business elsewhere.Have a good day!

I don't know who is running this tim hortons but you gotta wake up. You're short staff half of the time, your employees can't take full orders because they are literally working alone. What's going on here? People are wasting time coming to your store. Worst management by far.

The staff seem not to know menuConstant errors and when you orderThey are rude. This seems to be sunday shift around 11 am as this when errors and rudeness occurs .

I understand the staffing issues however when I went through the drive thru at 4:30pm to get a chicken wrap, they tell me their not serving food, only drinks. And this has happened several times at various times of the day.

Je viens de quitter le drive-in. J'ai demandé un trio 3 fois et c'est compréhensible, parfois ils vous comprennent mal, c'est bien, mais la jeune fille qui était derrière la préparation du café était extrêmement impolie, elle ne devrait pas traiter avec les clients car elle ne sait clairement pas comment parler aux gens et leur a dit moi est-ce que je veux entrer et travailler par terre puisque nous ne sommes que trois ? tout ce que j'ai demandé, c'était mes pommes de terre que je voulais la première fois.. elle claque ensuite la fenêtre et dit de partir. visage. Je suis complètement choqué parce que c'est mon timmys auquel je vais toujours et jamais eu de problème.

Un des pire service jamais vue !!!!!!!!!! Refaire mon simple sandwich a 3 reprises !!! Svp passez votre chemin et encourager un autre restaurant où ils vont vouloir de votre clientèle
