I ordered a wrap, they gave me a sandwich :( my friend ordered a chipotle wrap, for some reason they put mayo and not chipotle in it... Smh. Its a good thing the staff was nice and apologetic, they offered to remake them for free but we were on lunch break and didn't have time to wait for a second wrap :/
I've never had a problem getting what I like at a Tim Hortons before, but this one was missing half of the flavours of bagels (no cinnamon raisin, no blueberry, no whole wheat...). The clerk didn't really seem to know what was going on - maybe he was new, I won't blame him. My husband ordered a BLT Timatin TRIO. He asked what kind of Timatin he wanted.We said that BLT one in the picture. The guy told us we could get it with sausage, or a bacon and egg one. We said bacon and egg. When we got our little paper bag, it was hard to see inside and I asked the guy if everything was inside - he said yes. I had asked because it seemed like a small bag for everything but then again the items aren't huge, so I trusted him, but I did confirm with him again. Get out to the car .... there is no hash brown. We ordered a trio and just got the sandwich and the coffee. My husband has eaten Tim's before and he said this sandwich was completely tasteless - very odd - as if there was no salt or anything in it. Looking carefully - they hadn't even put the bacon in the BLT. We didn't have time to go back into the restaurant to rectify anything because we had an appointment.

Pretty good, the only issue was that there was a bit too much sauce on my breakfast wrap, other than that everything tasted A ok.
Très mauvais service! Table sale et quand on demande au commis si possible de nettoyer, on nous pointe de façon très impolie les feuilles transparentes qui servent à envelopper les beignes. Et on nous sert avec dedain!! Pfff je ne remettrais plus les pieds ni moi ni mes amis ni ma famille la-bas!!
