Bonjour à tous ce Tim Horton est mal propre, le personnel le service est très désuet, la responsable du samedi matin du 23 avril 2022 à 10.00am très mal polie avec 35 mexicain qui son venue pour manger et boire elle a barré la porte pour dire que c'est employé prenne une pose donc 8 mexicain ont reste à extérieurs et elle a menacé que si quelqu'un ouvre la porte je vais vous expulsé du tim .pas fort j'espère que le propriétaire vas prendre action c'est la dernière fois que je vais aller à ce tim.
Super slow and inside closed most of the time. Have to deal with unprofessional employees way too often.
Hello, my name is Valentin. This is my second time writing a message to you’re company about the same Tim Hortons (located on Curé-Poirier Ouest). Today, I was delivering orders through the application "DoorDash" when I got an order to that Tim Hortons, i went to pick up the order and realized the store was closed but the light was still on. As I mentioned before, this is my SECOND time when that happened, the person that answered to my message said that the problem would be resolved but as I can see the problem is still going. Because of this, I had to call the client tell him I couldn’t get his order+ I didn’t even get paid for all the time I am wasting on you’re Tim Hortons. Now, I would really ask you for a favour, I really am asking you to close the Tim Hortons completely until there’s enough workers to not have people like me writing you all the time about this issue, or since it’s my second time and it’s like my issue is going nowhere I am asking for a gift card. Thank you.
Commande sur l’application à ce tim Hortons pour mon fils et moi. Jamais reçu. Ils ne répondent ni aux téléphone ni au courriel. Perdu de l’argent, souper et aucune livraison reçu. Service très désagréable et non professionnel
Today me and my family went on a walk to this Tim Hortons. It said on google maps that it was open, when we got there there was a note saying: Do to the lack of employees use the drive-thru, we went there and we realized that the store was completely closed. I really am ashamed of this Tim Hortons for wasting our time and others. Fix this issue as soon as possible!
Basically closed most of the time. Service is OK at best. Orders at the drivethru are usually wrong 50% of the time.
Staff was not polite and my girlfriend could not go to the lady's bathroom according to one of the girls.
I asked for something to eat and the employees said they had nothing to eat, only coffee or donuts nothing else ?.

Location is open until 10pm according to Google and locations page. 3 cars waited in line for approx 5 minutes after 9pm, no one is there working, or they are inside and choosing not to serve customers. Please shut down this location, time after time; disappointing customer service, if there is any at all. Burnt coffee half of the time, and one of the slowest locations in have ever been to. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
