No iced cap, no iced coffee, drive through closed, not enough people working, not very helpful.
Probably the worst Tim Horton I’ve ever been to. Pretty much everything from the waiting time to the quality of service is mediocre. I’ve never once seen the manager there, and it shows through the staff. Avoid at all cost, this place is worst than a colonoscopy.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER everytime. Lack of professionalism from the employees— who are clearly exhausted by the lack of management— and they don’t even know their products, arguing with us and making us pay for products we didn’t asked for. My cat could manage better the staff than the current manager. Shameful.
My biggest problem with this Tim is you never know if it's open and if it is the drive thru or the dine in might still be close.
Whoever is manager here should be fired. Poor guy was all alone doing cash, and making coffee. Took more than 20 minutes for a coffee and timbits.Place looked like a mess.
1 stars deserve 0. Open 2/7 Days when open its 4/24 . Service is médiocre because of that expérience i Will Never eat Tim again.. me and my Friend Will boycott Tim Horton.. hope this franchise crash
Poor customer service. They act like they don’t understand English but when asked for potato wedges in french (using translator) the girl taking the order rudely said ‘we don’t have it’.
Ordered food and wanted decaffeinated coffee for my wife, employee says they don't make it, when asked for my sandwich and hasbrown said they can't make due to short stuff I guess, one star deserved for not messing up my coffee, never again
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My boyfriend and I are from Toronto and though wespeak enough French to place an order, the girl taking it was extremely condescending and completely unprofessional when we struggled to find the word for “hash brown in French”. Your employee’s name was Amelie, she took our order at the drive thru and was abrupt, rude and should not be serving the public.
