Ambiance is very good, but definitely not for the people who are in rush and quick service. Staff try to do their best, but you will still see some wrong orders coming to you, so better watch what your getting for order..?
I guss this is a very busy Starbucks.It was a bit long (20 minutes)But I had a great service!No whip cream when I got there ?
It is my husband's birthday. You charged him for his drink. He didn't want to say anything. But to add insult to injury you didn't close the lid properly and when he went to take a sip the lid fell off spilling the entire coffee on him and in the car!! Again he didn't want to go back inside to complain. I am doing it for him. The least you can do is refund his drink. The other thing you can do is make sure you put the lids on properly. Mine was not on properly either but I noticed it and fixed it. Such a waste of time.
Just a fair warning for all of you to double check your receipt at this location. Don’t let them throw it away without asking you. The girl who took my order today apparently had no problem justifying lying to me in my face, and her supervisor didn’t see any issue with it (didn’t even bother apologizing). So just be aware.
Supposed to close at 7:00 but told by the manager that at 6:18 they were closed. We were told to go through the drive thru. I know for a fact that they won’t serve you on foot through there because this isn’t the first time this has happened. This is the third time i’ve had issues with this particular Starbucks and i’m done. I’ll give my money somewhere else.
Pulled up at 8:25pm to a closed Starbucks. Boxes put at the entry of the drive thru so no cars can pass and not an employee in sight. Says it closes at 10pm, so not sure why they are closed.
You will never find a location more busy than this one in the entire area. The people who work here are precious. They work so hard to meet the outrageous traffic that flows through their cafe and they remain kind and respectful to people who decide to order, see the lineup and feel like they can still somehow complain about the wait.Amazing service! I hope Starbucks, the manager, and the regional folks know what a wonderful job they are always doing here. How kind and courteous they are and how much energy and effort it must take to work at this location.Huge thank you from myself and my family for always being a safe, happy place to go!
This is just a very comfy environment!! Today was super busy - but the team was great. They are very professional and are fast workers. Definitely will be coming back. Good work guys :)
Walked an hour to get a nice hot chocolate only to realize I forgot my mask. Tried to order at the drive thru and got told I could not unless I was in a car. There were no cars in line waiting when I got there so I don’t see what the problem was to serve me? My fault for forgetting my mask, but I was just hopeful that a big company like this would have better and more helpful customer service.
