We ordered a Special Salvatoré, wings and some fries.We left special instructions and was followed to the T.Pizza was good and wing spicy !Delivery was quick.All and all a good experience
I ordered pizza and poutine the delivery guy gets out of his car screaming and swearing at me, basically shoved me out of his way forcing his way into my hallway still screaming telling me to wait even tho I hadn’t said a word to him yet gives me a bottle of Pepsi telling me the order total I give him 40$ he throws it on the ground tells me again to wait checks in his bag pulls out nothing gives me 4$ and again checks the bag for 3 minutes is looking in this bag only to pull out nothing and leaves and starts screaming that I didn’t give him tip… HE SCREAMED IN MY FACE, DIDNT GIVE ME MY FOOD AND DEMANDED A TIP! My mother then ran outside with no shoes on to get the food he eventually gave the pizza with no poutine and gave the money back while screaming threats at my mother and honking his car horn as he drove away
We placed our order at 1pm for delivery at 6pm. 6:15 came and when we called they told us that the pizza was ready but they were short delivery people and it would be another 45 minutes. The pizza was prepaid. I went to pickup and asked kindly if perhaps a call to let us know it would be late might have been prudent. The cold pizza was icing on the cake.
very disapointed on service... if you have an app that says '' temps reel'' then it should work... otherwise just change your way of doing.... just saying..... then the food get here cold and a cold poutine is not the best... anyways to my taste.... so here's my review
we ordered a pizza at 6:30pm for delivery it is currently 7:55pm as I write this and haven't received our order when we called they said we never ordered from their restaurant, when I have the gps and confirmation text along with my order details online. when we called back all they had to say was that their system wasn't working and that they only received our order 30 minutes to 1 hour later than when we placed the order. they finally confirmed that our pizza was leaving at that moment, 8pm from the store.horrible costumer service and delivery.Never again
Very disappointed, while ordering online for Pickup they force you to add a tip, that's were I stopped. It's it the client's choice to leave a tip or not and secondly who am my tipping since I am the one who is going to get it. I call the restaurant on Chemin Chambly in Longueuil and asked. The girl said said that the cook deserved a trip for cooking my pizza and if I didn't like I could cook my own pizza at home. Since when does a cook get a tip for doing his job.
This pizza place is revolutionary. Better than pizza hut but not as "chic" as como pizza, if you're from the area you know what I'm talking about. This is like if a gourmet chef was cooking with pizza hey materials BUT knew what he was doing to make everything just a bit better. THIS CHAIN restaurant el salavtore are definitely better than domino's, duo pizza, pizza pizza, pizza hut or any cheap type of pizza around, definitely worth it. BIG FAN
First time ordering from here and have to say that this is now my favourite pizza AND poutine on the south shore.I ordered the Salvatoré Pizza, General Tao Poutine and a Sausage Poutine. The food was amazing and the service I received at the counter was fantastic.I don’t give 5 star reviews too easy but this place did everything right and totally deserves it.
Used to be my go-to place for good artisanal pizza.Didn't take long for quality to drop. Now it's like eating cardboard with tomato juice on it.Might as well go to Pizza Pizza for the same overpriced garbage
Delicious pizza. But delivery time is very long, french fries delivered cold and they forgot to bring the sauce I ordered.
