This the the first time I order KFC this year! I don’t know if they changed their recipe or this particular restaurant really have KFC a bad name! The first thing I noticed about my order was it didn’t smell like the KFC chicken that I was accustom to! It actually smelled burned which made me feel disgusted! The chicken was worst then what we can usually get at the groceries! The chicken was dark and smelled like roadwork! I am not sure if it the oil that is dirty or what! The chicken was a bit raw as well! I am not just if this a an isolated issue but this does make me not wanting to order from this particular branch ever again!
The fries weren't warm or fresh, they were out of certain things, otherwise it was fine
Honestly not a bad place. I worked here so I understand why it’s a bit slow. But solid manager. The fryers take a while to cook hence the slow times. Nothing they can do about it

I went there today 17 Nov 2021 and had the worst service ever,very rude employee,no wonder nobody goes to this location anymore,please close the restaurant.Why they changed the chicken?They cut the pieces in two parts now with the excuse that they buy bigger chickens , one breast is now cut in 2 or 3 pieces ??.The quality of the food is very bad at this time it used to be so good.Bring the normal chicken pieces back !!We should boicote KFC until they do!!
Make order online. Entry for pick up and wait because worker count drink in fridge. After ask number of order. In the order write onky name. And I wait more 15 minutes. Owner tell the service have only for franch speek clients.
Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered online 116.00 worth of food to pick up last night. Did not have chicken tenders or gravy. Was replaced with corn and extra pieces of chicken. When the eight of us starting eating everyone said the chicken tasted like cigarettes. All of the chicken smelled the same. We could not eat any of our food after tasting the chicken. When I called them their response was to put a complaint in with head office. I have notified head office and have saved a piece of the chicken as proof.
Cashier was super nice. The lady preparing the orders was super slow creating waiting time and didn't seem to care. 6pm rush hour the boss went to the office with a friend. I don't think i'll ever stoping by this place again
Edit: Save yourself the hassle, go to the kfcs on taschereau...the service is better...dont waste your time with this place.Once again!!! I was given less hot wings than i ordered. This is an ongoing problem with this store. The staff dont care and are extremely rude, and require customers to count every single piece of food to ensure it right. Kfc needs to step in and turn this place around.
