It's horrible. They don't know how to work and manage their tasks. They missed our order and it took about one hour to make two bacon egg sandwich! It's not finished yet, the sandwich was completely burned and disgusting. It took another 20 minutes to change it and make it ready!We arrived at 9:30am and left around 11:15!!This branch must be closed immediately, they're horrible.

No issues with the customer service but the food quality is bad and the hygiene is filthy.My french fries tasted so cold like if we’re from the day before. But the main problem is that I found a hair in my big Mac. Unfortunately I was starting to chewing it. It’s plain disgusting.
Overall good service. The young lady at the cash was a bit rude. She needs more training in customer service. Otherwise, it left me and my wife, a bit disappointed after the great service from the waitress. Thank you
