Like any other mcdonald they should imvest in better formation for the staff and the management...
Came here to get a cup of coffee. I placed my order through self service and machine was out of paper. Secondly, It took them 10 mins to make that coffee. Two customers placed their orders after me and got their stuffed before me. Terrible service
They were running the place with few employees. Maybe it is due to the lack of employees or they were just short that day, but they made sure we were served fast.
35 mins to get 2 cheeseburgers fries and a McChicken … everything arrived cold. no receipt I ask for it when I finally got the food, had time to eat everything then the employee finally comes back out asking me around what time I ordered while texting on messenger on her phone…it was litterally 4 orders ago… terrible all around.

Have a sign for 24h drive trough. Got light and look open. Is closed and barricade the drive trough with garbage can. Just adjust the time on your ad to not waste driver time.
Today 22 oktober 2021 I just wanted to buy a coffee. The door was closed and my big truck didn’t fit into the driveway so I walked behind to ask for a coffee. They denied me the coffee and I had to do it online. Wow I was very surprised about the service. Door closed and they wouldn’t help me at the window
McD's doesn't often completely disappoint, but this place didn't get it right at all. It took nearly 30 minutes to get my food after I arrived to pick up an online order. They said they didn't receive it, but it took 3 staff members to get it started, and 20 minutes later they gave me cold fries and didn't offer me a tray for the drinks.There was trash on multiple tables and it appeared that none of the tables had been wiped down in hours.I'd forgive a lot of this if they were busy, but when there's 2 or more staff for every customer and the staff are all hiding in the kitchen it's hard to look past the lack of service.
7 minutes for 2 McFlurries....not cool
It's a Mcdonalds what do you expect, 24 hour service, and nice customer service they were patient.
