Was In montreal for few days. Searched for some american restaurant. Name and burgers are there but customer service was very very poor. I understand that not everyone speaks english in Quebec neither everyone speaks french in the world. At least have a bilingual host on the desk. Taste was okay but the experience gets spoiled by rude customer service who do understand english but refuse to help non speaker. Wouldn't go back again.
Worst Hostess! Atleast Be a human first before being a English or French!
Delicious meal and friendly staff.
This was my first time there. It was very clean, the staff was very nice. It has all the COVID protocols in place. The ordering was very fast and efficient. Food was ready fast and made to order. The packaging is compostable, which I appreciate. The food was really good. I had one of most things on the menu to get an idea of what everything tastes like. The sauce has some kick to it but really delicious. The poutine was really good. The best thing I thought was the hotdog, that was really delicious. Definitely I’ll go back.

Always amazing, I’ve been going to several locations for years. Flat burgers with a slightly spicy sauce.You should try their poutine as well. They have a twist with that sauce and thin golden fries.Service is always extremely quick and the food is made as you order and not sitting on a heater for hours.
Best for you if you make a home sandwich.Nice service, but terrible food. (Except Putin)
