Amazing service and friendly staff!!I brought my grade 6 class to this Dairy Queen location today. We were greeted with very friendly and patient staff members! They were so patient in listening to my students’ orders and were quick to give out their treats!On top of their friendliness, they offered us teachers free ice cream!! They said that they wanted to give back to us for being so strong during these hard times.We really appreciated that, thank you! :)

Went in and the store was completely abandoned. They had a little bell on the counter. Ringged the bell, no one came, ringged again, no one came, ringed a third time, no one came. Called out to the back, no one came. A staff member finally came out after calling out again but then got mad we didn't leave a tip. Won't be using this DQ again.
We entered the shop and nobody was there . We rang the bell multiple times, said hello is there anyone and no answer. The person that arrived after a time was rude and was just not hospitable.Please train your staff. I know that covid and ice cream in winter is not the most popular but its no reason for all of that.

Please do not order a cake online from this place. So I ordered a cake with a personalized message and when I open the cake first there were missing words and mistakes were made ( nurse vs NURCE with a C) I mean come on … if you can’t spell just copy the message I wrote… and the cake looked nothing like I ordered… really rude staff and manager!!!! Please hire people who can actually read!!!! Or copy a simple message.
