One hour wait to get our table, no explanation or excuses made. Never let us know that the kitchen was closing so we didnt make it to dessert (we had two bdays on the table). My medium rare filet mignon needed a steak knife and muscles to be eaten. Hmm what else? The corn salad was the waitresses recommendation for salads and it was like eating a bowl of oatmeal at home.One thing though, the music was amazing!!We didn’t complain because we were really in a good mood and didnt want to ruin it. But never coming back.
On April 3rd we reserved for a my friend's Bachelorette that was taking place on May 28th. We specified we wanted a table for 8 and that it was a Bachelorette Party.When we arrived, our party was separated on 2 small tables in the lounge section. We asked to have a proper table, TOGETHER.Their answer: You should have mentioned in the reservation you wanted to be together... no excuse, nothing.The waitress was very nice but each time we were ordering drink we were waiting at least 45 min...
Terrible management.I had planned my birthday party here with my friends here and we decided to reserve a month and a half before the date just to be safe. I tried calling the phone number, which, obviously led to voicemail. The voicemail mentioned to text the number, which I did. I finally received a reply 2 days after i sent the text, just to receive a response that given we were over 10 people, we had to email a woman named Josianne. After several emails and no response, i decided to show up in person to make my reservation. The hostess was very helpful, took down my reservation and I was told that i would receive a phone call from the manager to confirm my reservation, which I did not. 10 days before my reservation, i decided to show up in person again because i still did not receive a confirmation text or phone call from the manager. Thank god i showed up because i was told by the hostess that my reservation which i made IN PERSON a month and a half before the date was CANCELLED. With no specific reason. I then told the hostess that no one contacted me that the reservation was cancelled and had i not shown up, i would have not have my reservation.Moving forward to the date of my reservation, my whole group and I get to westwood, and tell the bouncer that we had a reservation made. The guy tells us that it was CANCELLED and that they sold our table to another group….. just imagine… 15 people showing up just to get a cancellation in your face. En plus, we got overcharged.DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE,,, JUST HORRIBLE
We went on a Wednesday night it was really quite which was perfect! The food was good the music was really good and the service we had from our waitress Bella was amazing! She was really nice and took her time to explain the menu and give us her opinions on what food and drinks to order!
Waited over 2 hours for our food…. Said it was because there was a big group before us, but there really is no excuse for an over 2 hour wait? Half our group ate and paid their bills before we even got our food?And they completely forgot 2 people’s meals when we finally got our food. They offered them a bottle but 1 of the guys was driving so a bottle doesn’t really benefit him… they ended up just not eating at all…they said they’d comp our meal, and ended up only covering our drinks which was great but just an overall disaster of a night…
If I could give a zero I would ! Drinks are watered down , super long wait for COLD FOOD, bathrooms are disgusting and overall expensive for no reason at all but a waste of time. Don't bother going there. Especially if your going as a group. You get 3 shrimps for 4 people ???
Excellent service and ambiance like nowhere else! Tuna sashimi and the tomohawk to share were amazing! Thanks to the manager and the owner for the nice spot they are really nice people! A must go in Laval
Amazing service from the beginning to the end ! I had the beef carpaccio and the shrimp plate and both were delicious. Highly recommend if you’re in Laval
