I visited this location of wendy’s few days back at night time, i found the staff is very cooperative and quick. I found the girl at front named LOVEPREET kaur was very nice as she recommended me burger as i was little bit confused selecting the menu but, she came up with each and every information regarding some burgers and salad bowl. The dish she recommended was completely superb, i am thankful to the staff for making my food outing successful.
They ALWAYS manage to mess up your order. Either in person or via Uber Eats. Food just got delivered and half the order is missing. Never eating here again.
This place used to be 5 stars, cleanliness. Was there yesterday, washrooms are a horrible mess and dining room tables dirty. Cherry on the sundae, there was a dark hair in my fries. Truly gross.

Had a southwest Avocado/grilled chicken salad ? very good. Did not really like the dressing ranch/southwest so I had no dressing which was ok.
Delivery service at Uber Eats horrible. I placed two orders on the same day and on the same night and both orders were missing. The first forgot the Lemonade and the Chilli, the second forgot the soda! You here at Wendys de Laval 900 Desserte Autoroute are terrible at verifying orders!
grilled chicken wrap comes with a little piece of chicken that is half the size of the wrap, can easily be fixed by putting 2 instead of one

So yeah …. It’s Wendy’s …. It’s not high gastronomy …. But for a fast food place … for a delicious burger …. This place is awesome …. Have you ever had a Baconator ? …. Those things are awesome …. And I always liked this Wendy’s …. Service was never amazing though … but I don’t really care …. I just want my food and I leave …..ONE THING TO MENTION …. I stopped by last week for my semi annual Baconator craving …. And waited a bit for people to serve me …. Just to be met with avoiding eyes and reluctance to get to the cash and actually leave the back room and take my order …. They called in a (maybe) new guy …. ANTHONY ….Coolest service I ever got from someone … friendly, without being too much … professional … efficient …. Didn’t forget a single thing … put some napkins … but not too much ….. like … 4 …. Which is the perfect number …It may sound weird to say …. But it seems like little details like that speak to the assurance and efficiency of that employee …. And just to say …. I don’t need to be treated in any way …. If a person just gives me a blank stare … but gives me my food that is at a minimum level of acceptability …. I’m happy ….But Anthony really stood out …. Of pretty much any other fast food restaurant I have been in … in a long time ….Just thought I would take a couple minutes of my day to mention it …. Thank you …
