When you have to repeat 6 times the 4 ingredients you whant in your burger and you still dont get what you asked and repeat 2 more times to the manager I think its time the team gets a little talk on listening ....
Today I had the southwest chicken salad. It was pretty good. Here is how they describe it:Herb-marinated, grilled 100% Canadian chicken breast hot off the grill, pepper jack cheese, diced tomatoes, cool, creamy avocado, topped with Applewood smoked bacon and Renée’s Gourmet® Southwest Ranch Dressing, all on a bed of Wendy's signature lettuce blend. It's zesty and Southwesty!The chicken was delicious, and the cheese and avocado were plentiful. The salad dressing was perfect for this type of salad.The only thing that was missing was that they forgot to put the bacon on it! It was probably even more delicious if it came with bacon.That's why I only gave it four stars. Because somebody screwed up. If they ran out of bacon they should have told us.We went through the drive-thru and the customer service was very nice.
The hours read open until midnight. At 11pm, there were people dining inside but the doors were locked. We joined at least 7 cars in the drive through line, and watched as they turned each one of us away claiming they are closed. No warning, no cones blocking the way. Just poor service.
Came to eat at this place a few days ago....I couldn't order dinner for 2 because the kid at the cash told us there was no money in the cash register so I couldn't pay with money. Too bad for them, I only had cash on me....went to eat across the street at Pizza Hut instead. Probably had a better meal anyway.
Food is great, but service is terrible. Slow and not courteous.
Can you please either get your employees to work until the closing time you indicate or change your hours?? It's been 3 times now I go an hour or an hour and a half before closing and your employees just wait for you to get to the window to tell you they're closed. They actually pay someone to go tell all the paying customers in the drive-through to go home... I'll never come back to this location again. Either way, any time I did go to this place, the employees were rude, beyond lazy, the food sucked and the place stinks. The only reason I even kept trying to go back is because I work late in the area and assumed they'd be open(because of their hours on google) when not much else is open. I'd give this place and the staff 0 stars if I could. Save your money and your health.Change your hours.
The food is REAAAAALLY good but the service is by far one of the worst I've seen.
If I could give a rating lower than one star I would. They couldn't speak any English. Got the order wrong even after repeating it to them 3 times and they didn't give me the entire order. Worst service ever
Burger meat were dry, and the fry were not like always... Maybe we got an old batch that they didn't wanted to throw aways...
