I always place a mobile order in advance and when I get there I still end up waiting forever. People are passing through the cash before me and i have to go see them so they check their mobile orders. Happens everytime
I ordered a crispy habanero wrap, a cream of brocoli and a drink. The wrap was very good and filling. The cream of brocoli wasn't on point today, it looked more like a soup of brocoli, it was watery.
The service at this Tim horton is 0/10. They are always in a rush and don’t take the time to take your order properly. Always doing mistakes. This place should close.
Fast service but staff attitude was medium.
Please do not go there. Worst place. They never had anything. They should just close this restaurant. Ridiculous!
Ordered today at 1:39pm Sainte-Dorothee location. They usually get my order wrong, but this time was so unacceptable that I had to leave a review. My bagel was completely burnt to a crisp and hard like a rock. And to top it off, the timbits were stale. This is a prime location with plenty of traffic through the store non stop. How do the timbits even have time to get stale? And how does an employee even dare to put cream cheese on a bagel this black and serve it to a customer? Horrible.Unfortunately I couldn’t go back to the store to ask for a refund because I had meetings all day. Either way, it’s not like they ever include my receipt in the bag.
Used to be one of the most efficient and reliable Tim. Now for a while they make mistakes EVERY SINGLE TIME i go there for basic stuff, no weird or picky order. Ask for a simple grilled cheese, no matter how many cars in front, they make me wait on the other side of the building for it. And litterally NONE of the employees in weekdays pm can speak english or french, so no wonder they can't take an order. I don't really blame them as i do the management of the place. They should get this place in check.
I give 0 stars. I had to give a minimum of 1 star to write a review. 10mins wait at drive thru & the next time, 15-20mins wait. Incredible!!!! Stay away!!!!!!
worst service, coffee tastes like water today, girl vouldnt get my 6 donut order right and stood at the cash 5 minutes before someone came to take order while 10 employees are rushing...
The worse Tim Horton's EVER dirty no tim cafe no doughnuts no muffins and the guy was asleep. I sat at the drive threw and then when it stood there and never saw a more DISGUSTING PLACE. IF I COULD TAKE THE STAR OFF ITS BETTER IF IT CLOSES DOWN NO1 WANTS TO WALK IN TO SEE THE EMPLOYEE OF TIM HORTON'S SLEEP ON THE FLOOR
