We are nee to Montreal and we speak English but the lady in the cafe who handles drive thru replies in French and too rude with us..this is not happening first time….

I went to one in montreal a mile long line service a little slow but the lady at the window was super sweet and funny thtat's why i gave it 4 stars

Service leaves much to be desired but its obviously not the employees fault. Often times there is only one person to man the counter and the drive-thru. If its franchised, corporate should seriously look into the issue. If its corporate owned, they should know better!
They rarely have anything on the menu. Not even soup ever. Most of the workers are rude and seem unhappy to work there. Always a very bad experience!
I moved here from Ontario, so I am still learning French. Unfortunately most of the time I come here, the person taking the order does not speak English or speaks minimal English which often results in getting the wrong order. I do understand French is priority, but this is in a gas station. There are many tourists that come here from different parts of Canada and the US. It would be nice to also accommodate everyone.
