No smiles, no customer service, I was told the item I wanted was unavailable throughout the whole province which was a lie, and there was a mistake in my order .. :/ if you want a good experience go to Starbucks it's only a minute walk.
One grumpy lady at the cash , another miserable lady making sandwiches.. staring at you like you are bothering them. I get it. Everyone is tired. Another location extremely short staffed. I waited in line 30 minutes for a bagel. To be told the kitchen is closed . We were only 2 people in line. They gave priority to UberEats, DoorDash, etc.Not even a hello. Service was mediocre.If you’re in a rush, don’t bother coming here.

Customer service is terrible no matter what time of day you go, there's always stuff that's out of stock, it's only because I have a gift card for here why I go otherwise I wouldn't bother wasting my time and money
They don't know how to make a pink lemonade. I went back to get it fix and still wasn't the right taste. Never again.

Machines not working. no fresh donuts. No forks no napkin terrible service very cheap.
Not impressed with this one. Asked for the vanilla chill and was asked if I meant the chocolate one. She tried telling me the vanilla one doesn't exist. I pointed it out on the menu and she had to go ask a colleague for help.Drink was still good, though.
