They are managing extremely well given the fact there is a lockdown in progress and their hours operation have been drastically reduced. People need to understand that they may not have everything ready to go by 5 am during this period. Kudos to the staff for providing good customer service during this stressful time for all.

Ordered 2 London fog tea and 1 Pumpkin spice latte. Repeated twice to make sure they were giving me the pumpkin spice version. Even specified a third time at the window that it's pumpkin spice latte. Employee said : Yeah Yeah. We received 2 Apple cinnamon tea and 1 regular latte. How can you mess up an order that badly?... (those were the only things we ordered).
