Always wrong order, always messing up on the soups, the wraps got half of its size gave me 2 straws, didn't even order a drink, always have to waste my time going back and forth to get my right soup, I have no hope for this tims
Really Bad customer service, the staff doesn`t speak English at all, they are rude and they always get your order wrong. I understand we are in Quebec, but customer service should be in both languages. It's time to go back to Starbucks if TimHorton doesn't raise theyr standards in hiring employees.

I've always had problems with this tim's service but last time I went they downright made me pay for a donut they didn't have, didn't put it in my bag and thought it was fine to just let me leave without it. Plus the orders are often messed up.
Been 3 times in the last month that I'm doing the line up for the Drive Through only to find out that their Ice Cappuccino machine is not working. Wasted 20minutes each time waiting in line. It's been over a month that it's broken and they still haven't fixed it. Someone is clearly not doing his job!
