Good fast service ??
Staffs don't respect costumers queue,bad customer service.Would never get my business again,is not like their coffee are any good,it's only for the convenience.
The quality of the coffee is not good.
I’m super sympathetic to their lack of staffing and I’m sure it’s a real nightmare for them- it would be great to know when they’re open or not so I can stop walking over there for nothing. As mentioned by others, they often get orders wrong- ask for a bagel get an English muffin, asked for bacon got sausage and don’t get the price adjusted …..As of recent it’s been super frustrating and I hope they find some good staff soon!
Ever since the pandemic, this location is EXTREMELY short staffed. In in the morning, most of the times they block the doors so you can’t walk in, so you’re stuck waiting in line at the drive through. It took me 20 minutes to pass my order. So unless you work near by, and you have no choice, I wouldn’t recommend this location.Food is tasty and fresh. They do screw up a couple of times here and there. I ordered a latte and they gave me the wrong drink, and when I came back the next day, they didn’t offer me the drink. So I make sure to check before I leave. Also, a couple of employees are a bit rude, but most of them are nice.
Coffe is good. but donut sometimes dont tastes fresh.and staff should listen carefully at times to get the order right. And prices are kind of pricey .
