This place is a nightmare. Not only can they cannot take the right order, they dont even know how to use their own tim application. The only Tim horton is incompetent in using their own application on phone. To vover up they will charge you extra. Please avoid this place especially on weekend it wven worse.

THE nastiest Tim Hortons worst customer service ever I came to order food but went to the bathroom first it was disgusting I then told the young man why the toilet is so disgusting he replied so rudely you think i'm going to clean them . So I went to the guys restroom there was no paper toilet left I asked him for some he replied it's not a starbucks here very disgusting not even tim hortons uniform, air pods, phone in hand, jogging polo ,underwear was in plain sight, it was really ridiculous. So disrespectful never again. Tim Hortons make sure to engage the right employe for this kind of job.
I ordered a French Vanilla coffee and it was not properly madeIt was not even hot and also it lacked sugar....
Friendly staff ,always fresh coffee ,fresh food,clean place,bagels always fresh of the day and delicious, muffins and donuts amazing, I live in ste do but always go there for breakfast
This Tim Hortons was good before, but lately the quality of the products and the service really downgraded.. Eveytime I order from this particular Tim Hortons I never get my order's right. There's always some type of mistake, they cant even make a proper French Vanilla, it's always bitter and just disgusting.. I keep giving them chances since its the closest one for me, but I only get disappointed everytime. Now i can officially say you lost yet another client
