I placed an order with Uber eat but I received it missing 2 items. I came back to the place with my car and waited on the line to bring it . It means because of their mistake I paid the extra fees for Uber eat for nothing and wasted my time
Very disappointed with what I received today! Tim horton's used to be my go to breakfast. I ordered many items including 18 donuts today morning but just received 12. Hope something will be taken into consideration and they will fix their mistake.
Extremely lazy, closing 25-30 minutes early. Refusing service, flat out lying and tells me they don't have a drive-thru... Like really pathetic.
I went drive through and asked for a med ice cap and a vanilla donut. On their menu, they call it "beigne trempé à la vanille". I must have repeated it 20x. She asked me: Vanille française? No!!!! A vanilla donut. She says ok. I get to the window. I'm handed a bag and my ice cap. As I am leaving, I check in the bag... she gave me milk!?!?!? I had to go in to get my donut. She said oh yes I made a mistake and hands me another bag. I shouldve checked cause I got a strawberry donut instead! ? How difficult is it to get the order right?!

Ask for 2 wraps without eggs... Then I received eggs in both... Then I tell them, theywe're sorry... Then they give me 2 wraps extra eggs...

Good service and easy parking available but the seating area could not more cosy.
This one star is a very generous rating. Timbits were stale, cream soup was very watered down, and the place was filthy.A CUSTOMER cleaned a table next to us herself after it was left dirty for 45 minutes.This level of service and quality is UNNACEPTABLE!This is what you get when you import the 3rd world to a first world country.The place looks like a war zone!
The staff are extremely mean. Especially that one girl who is blonde and wear glasses (I think she's the manager or the supervisor I'm not sure), once I told her kindly that my order is wrong and that if it is possible to change it and she snapped at me very disrespectfully and almost threw the order into my face. And that's not actually the first time she treats me disrespectfully, I ordered from this Tim before this time and she was very rude. I'm surprised that she is not fired yet.
