The employee smashed the bag and flipped my order before handing it to me saying she was trying to close the bag. I told her that if anything was in bad condition that I would have to ask them to make a part of the order again, she said no and asked me to leave the restaurant. Overall bad experience and won't be coming back to this Tim.
I’ve went to this Tim Horton at around 17h yesterday and the service was amazing !!!!!This server I think Tiara was her name served me with a smile and was so attentive to my needsJust a wonderful experience will recommend this location

Today ,I ordered and came to pick up. Sandwich overcooked ( clearly black) and I asked to change but she said it’s normal . I had no idea. Can she eat the one like this?.I paid for it and I had to through it in garbage.
Just got served at the drive-thru window around 10:30 am by a young man. He was super kind, patient, and for the first time at any Tim’s, an employee actually helps with info on the Tim’s app. Excellent service after so many terrible experiences at that branch. Great improvement, keep it up!

If i can give zero start i would ! THE RUDEST customer service! The girl named “ Rania” through my coffee in the garbage in front of me and closed the window in my face ! What is the point in working in a customer service job if you don’t know how to serve a customer.I’ve never seen such disrespectful and disgusting person ever.If you want to ruin your day this is the perfect place to go :)
We had the misfortune to meet the rudest employee at the Tim Hortons on Dagenais and Montee Montrougeau. We called the 1-800 number in Nov 2021, we were told someone would call us back. As of today, (3 months later) no one has called back
Disrespectful staff specifically the girl named Rania!!! She dares to kick me out of the store because i asked to repeat what she said ??? I would never step in this place again. Not worth the headache. What a shame!!
Might as well have thrown those 17$ in the trash. Coffee tastes horrible, more like frying oil than coffee taste. Totally undrinkable
