I've been here a few times before heading to work. They barely speak English or understand their own menu. One day I asked for one of the new wraps and they didn't understand lime. Another day I asked for turkey BLT and the cashier neeed two other people to assist with taking my order.They are very slow and not polite. Even if there is a language barrier, there is a lack or common courtesy. Hit up this spot if your desperate.Side note, the gas station attended is on point and deserves 5 stars for his professionalism and fantastic attitude.
Considering that on the weekend FCLaval(soccer club) has soccer practices from 8:30 -12:30. Thé owner must really trust their managers or he doesn’t care. No muffins, donuts, no ice? left in the morning. And the staff I know they try there best but still. I wouldn’t be able to tell a customer that at 11:00 we ran out of everything. I will be going elsewhere!!!!!

Worst Tim Hotons I've been to. Always very slow and under staffed. Bad service and less friendly staff. I don't want to blame the staff. It could be management issues; however, the slow service and bad quality definitely don't help anybody's case...
Couldn't get a simple coffee order right at the drivethrough. Had to wait 10 min to get to the window with only 2 cars ahead, once at the window the 2 coffees ordered weren't ready and they yet again had to ask what the order was and how to make it, we waited an additional 5 min at the window!

Obviously busy, very respectful staff, I haven’t yet had my order messed up, and I go in sometimes and ask for messed up orders.I have a question, maybe someone here can answer, what I don’t understand is why they don’t need to scan the passport thing when I go in and get coffee, which in my opinion, is ….. ( fill in the blank ), but I can’t even go to the local ice-cream shop without having to scan these inconvenient passports, where they insist and I’m there less time then it take Tim Hortons to make my coffee ??
