Good location but poor service. They have asked us to leave the place 15 minutes before the close time indicated on the website.
Super upset!!! If i could give 0 stars thats what it would be.First I order the same thing no matter which tims I go to, (an xl decaf 2 milk 1 sugar) so i know what it should cost (2.24$). At all locations, whether its the perked decaf or the new freshly ground I've been charged for a decaf coffee (2.24).Unfortunately, after placing my order this morning at the drive thru the girl on speaker told me "no, I'll give you a large because its the new ground decaf espresso", even after i told her i knew it was the ground i wanted an xl anyway she still only gave me a large, then she proceeded to charge me 2.79$ plus taxes for an americano changing the espresso for a decaf espresso.When i got to the window and said i didnt ask for an americano i asked for a decaf, the girl started giving me attitude saying that they just changed it so they have to charge more because they dont make any money selling decaf.If you dont make money selling something then stop offering it.Ps: the coffee they gave me was disgusting.
I bought 12 pieces of donats today and it was all dry I couldn’t eat even one I threw them all it looks like 3 days they have it

Would say terrible service but would need to be served to even consider being Terrible. Place was empty and they couldn’t even be bothered to come to and Take an order.
dont ever pay for an extra you will pay for it but not get it. every single time
Not the first time this had happened but, ordered a bagel with cream cheese and extra bacon and let me ask you this, why the hell was my bagel charcoal colour? It was so beyond burnt and they still gave it out. Not to mention, the bacon tasted like it wasn’t cooked (which had happened to me twice now). Also ordered hot cocoa for my mom, and it seems like everytime it tastes like hot water or just hot cream. Not chocolate. I would like to give the benefit of the doubt and say it was just a bad day but it’s always like this in the morning. Also severely understaffed for early shifts.
Never go there if you dont know english because they will not treat you equally… specially drive thru lady monday she shouted on us and didnt gave us right order also .. went on monday 29th nov morningAlso ordered 5 diff drinks and they didnt wrote the name on them , if you cant work anymore please dont work stay at home, bcuz your morning behavior make customer day or ruins there day also so if owner is reading this please take action on that lady in drive thru
