Did not allowed me to use a washroom with out an order.. may be it is sort of policy of their company, i may even understand and accept it, but I have a very visible huge 8 months pregnancy belly. She look at it and said No. I wish some people can be more human :( ?♀️
The staff is very polite and friendly. It' a family owned place too. They are bilingual so no wories there if you are more at ease speaking english instead of french. The place is spotless! Very clean! The food was fresh and when I was in there their was no one else in line so It only took a few minutes to make my sandwich. I was in around 7 pm. I go get my subway fix there about once a month. Go check it out four yourself! Bonne appétit!
The owner of the place came in when were about to order. He started yelling in front of us at the employee that she put too many vegetables. She was super pleasant and respectful, and said to him “I’m just going to serve these customers and we can talk after”. He became furious and even grabbed her arm. He was yelling at her so loudly to get out of the store because she wanted to serve us first, and they can discuss whatever issue in private after. She served us wonderfully, while he was waiting for her to finish. Then he continued to yell at her after she was done. He kept repeating that “he’s the owner” and she needs to “get out of the store”. He thinks he can treat her however he wants because he’s the owner. I hope she quits and finds a better work environment. That man should not own a business if he doesn’t know how to communicate with and treat his employees. She was awesome and pleasant and didn’t deserve that treatment.
I had an order from DoorDash once and I badly wanted to use the washroom while picking up that order. So I asked if I could use the washroom and I believe it’s the manager or the owner who said that the food might get cold if I wouldn’t do my job quick. First of all, You don’t pay me to do my job so you should mind your own business rather than tell others what to do. Secondly, just say whether I can or not.It’s a Subway franchise and you guys should not lose your reputations like this. You guys definitely need more training on behaviours and customer service.

Excellent customer service! Michel was very helpful. I had an issue with my online order (subway app) and Michel resolved my issue quickly when I came to pick up my order in store.The staff were very pleasant and greeted their customers with courtesy. Very clean location and fresh food. I highly recommend this subways.
My husband went today to get a sub for him and our child, but the employee refused to make a baby sub. He said that he “didn’t feel like it” and “didn’t want to throw out the rest of the bread because child subs are small”. This is outrageous. It is an item on the menu and therefore he should just make it. The fact he even argued with my husband over making a menu item is absolutely unforgivable.
