Terrible Starbucks… I can’t stand it. I live close by and EVERY time, dead serious every time they don’t have something I want … it’s crazy.. like why are you open? Definitely disappointed… might pull a Karen and call headquarters.
In general I've always had great experiences at all Starbucks, but this one is amazing! The baristas and staff are so friendly and super helpful! I even one time was chatting to them about how an ubereats order from them from another time had basically exploded in the bag (which was zero their fault and all the ubereats driver's fault!) And they made me a whole other one without me even asking! They just go above and beyond every time I go. This is my favourite Starbucks!
Staffs are a 10/10 they’re kind and hilarious. Opening hours 1/10 : I do understand the staffs shortage 1000% the least you could do to provide decent customer experience is to update your google hours as it goes. More than once I came in the morning to find it closed when it’s not suppose to.Edit : supposed to be open at 6:30, it opened at 7AM and 5 people have already tried to come and went back their way.
I usually go to my usual Starbucks in my area but this time I was close by and needed my usual coffee. What a bad day they gave me to start with. They overcharged me without shame. I ask if they could do a tripple espresso with shots of mocha on ice. The lady said: Yeah you mean you want a iced mocha. I said "no i dont want milk" I just want espresso and 2 shots of mocha. She then said "OK we can do that". She then proceeds to charge me full price of an iced mocha + the extra shots i took. I only realised after finishing my coffee which is double the price of what i'm usually paying. This store has no principles and i'm not returning there again. I know it's important to make profits but not by screwing the customer off. Hope y'all wake up soon.
This Starbucks is actually the worst I’ve even been to. I just moved to the area a month ago and this is the closest Starbucks to my house, it seems every time I come the service is getting slower and slower. Waiting 1/2 hr- 40 minutes in the morning for a cup of coffee is ridicules.
Most frustrating Starbucks franchise. Drive through is at a snail's pace. Opening hours seem to be changed at times creating frustration.
Okay little slow but great service. Store is always being cleaned at least that's a good thing and the staff are always friendly. You have to pay attention to your order do when thru call your name you get it because sometimes they don't say your name properly so just give them a colour to call like say Purple or Orange....you get what I'm saying because 1 time they were mispronouncing my name but that's OK it happens right.
Worst customer service ever. No empathy for people. My wife walked 30 minutes with my 4 month old, only to get refused service due to staff shortages meanwhile drive thru was open with nobody in line. A stranger who saw all this play out offered to purchase the item for my wife. Shame on you Starbucks. You should be more empathetic towards your customers because without them you would still be a local coffee shop in Seattle.A very unsatisfied customer
Hour says they opened at 6:30, I get there at 6:45, door is unlocked, proceed to walk in, cashier glare at me...says there no open...No coffee.Other than that it's the dirtiest starbucks I've ever been too, and the milk in my latte is always burned somehow!Overall, I give it the "Will not return" Award
Friendly staff and excellent service. Will visit again when the opportunity presents itself!
