J’ai commandé hier soir chez St Hubert à Ste Dorothée (rue Desserte Chomedey O) et on m’a fait livré les repas complètement sans sauces BBQ. J’ai appelé immédiatement puis on m’a dit que le restaurant vient de fermer. Rien à faire. C’était DEGALASSE de manger des frites et poulet sans sauce, alors… poubelle. J’ai appelé aujourd’hui pour avoir un remboursement ($50) et on m’a offert un INSULTANT $5.00 de crédit. J’ai proposé un compromis de remplacer la commande avec nourriture chaude, (ça leur coûterais $20 max sur commande de $50) mais on m’a refusé catégoriquement. Je n’étais pas abusif ni non-respectueux en tout temps. Absolument ZÉRO comme expérience client et relation au client. Le gérant devra être terminé. C’est 100% leur faute et manque de respect total vers la clientèle.

The staff are nice but the food is not. Prices are high comparing to food quantity and quality. At least you could offer freshly made fries to the children. Usually we get heated fries that was sitting there for an hour or more. I complained many times and same problem remains.I will not compare with other restaurants but these points should be considered in order to keep the regular customers. Anyway to run a regular business and offer healthy food and stay in competition, you need to take care of small details that can keep loyal customers. the quality needs to be improved.
Fast easy safe got to love chicken
I am a regular St-Hubert consumer it is simple, inexpensive and easy to order. Today i tried out the curb side pick up as an option, I had full car of kids and wanted to save time and delivery by doing a pick up. The st hubert app said it would be 15 minutes and gave an exact time. I was at first impressed and eager for the pick up. Unfortunately, the meal wasnt ready and I had to wait an additional 15 minutes park with 3 kids for my meal to be prepared. A young man greeted me which was nice and offered me a piece of cake, i told him I have 3 kids and would not want 1 but if he can spare 3 ad least the kids would be happy.Unfortunately, i only got one piece and no utensils or wipes which normally come.I will continue to buy from st hubert but was not thrilled with their curb side pick up option which didnt meet expectations.
Horrible service. Employees are completely lost. 20 + min at the drive through .... had to get reimbursed!
Not sure what's going on lately, but they always seem forget something in my order every time I take out.. just ordered 4 chicken plate combos, and they forgot the two sides of Cesar salad. Told me everything was there but they ziptied all the meal boxes closed together and I wasn't actually able to check so I took the guys word for it.. On top of that, one of the chicken meal boxes was missing bread.. so it literally just had chicken, and gravy in it. Not worth getting stuck in traffic and driving back to argue..
Excellent service! We have ordered for the office at lunch many times, and every time the order was perfect, and delivery was prompt. One time there was an error and they came back and replaced the product right away. The food is always delicious and fresh even for delivery. I would highly recommend this St. Hubert!
