We had a really big order and they got it right. Not one thing was missing. The delivery was on time.

What has happened to St Hubert BBQ. Not returning, I understand ordering out you get it cold but when you have diner there and it’s cold......I guess no one is paying attention. Production line with no experience...from the cook all the way to the dishwasher that doesn’t clean the basket in the dishwasher. Look at the dirty glass of water I received.WOW made my stomach turn even before I got my meal, and when I did I left 3/4 of the dish, the leg is brown meat it was so dried I thought I was eating a chicken breast. At 7:00 p.m. this should not be happening.
Service was very good! Our waitress was lovely and very professional plus spoke English for us. Food was good. Selected this St-Hubert after coming from Ottawa into Old Montreal for our trip.
Ordered 40 min before my lunch time, they told me it will take an hour. My lunch ended and I never got my food. Cancelled it. Not going to order from them again

We went today to buy some wings actually 36 wings. we ask how much was the price raise since the last time. The lady ask her superior, Her name is Catherine B.. Catherine came to us and told us that we couldn't cancel our order we told her we just want to know how much is the price raise from few weeks ago. She raises her voice an ask us rudely if we wanted to cancel our order. She was quite rude, Then started to be impatient with us. Then she tells us that respect goes both side. Because she were saying that we were and unpolite. I'm sorry but this is not the way to treat a customer..
I've been waiting 20 minutes for a kids chicken nugget meal. Everyone going through drive through is waiting! Slowest service every.

Not like it used to be. Plates were considerably smaller. Service was good.Due to Pandemic? or due to US ownership?
