Great service everyone was friendly and polite
Today my drive thru order was a complete mess. My chicken, my fries and my bbq sauce were ice cold. Didn't even give me th right sauces , this happened a couple days ago too, i think I'll be going to au coq from now on
I used to order the Club Burger once a week for many years. Unfortunately, it has been over 3 years that I have been highly disappointed with the St. Hubert food. The chicken seems reheated and old, the french fries are freezing cold and over cooked, there was no cheese in my burger, the delivery took over an hour, AND for 22$ for a burger and fry, there was no drink included. I have continued to order at St. Hubert, hoping that the quality would return, however, I have continually been disappointed. Shame on St. Hubert...I used to be proud that this was a renowned Quebec restaurant and I was a loyal client, now I will have to order from Benny's or Au Coq if I want the value for my money and tummy.
Food is good, but expensive for what it is.

Drove through for club sandwich and chicken filets meals.Awful customer service to start with..lady at the window was way too busy chatting with her fellow colleagues than welcoming me and paying attention. I did howver got her attention when it was time to pay.For the food, it was cold (beyond limits), the "club" filled with unripe tomatoes (green tomato caps)...and the chicken filets...pinkish..not to say bloody orclearly not cooked enough.Very disappointing...for a brand like St Hubert andsure ain't what !it used to be. Not going there any time soon
