Place was empty when I went. Staff was friendly, place was clean. As for the desserts, they are standard across the franchises. If you haven't tried their pies, you should add it to your bucket list!
Went there for a couple of cakes. We were at the counter @ 9:50 pm with 40 minutes to go before closing time and where advised that we could not sit: only take-away. So disappointed to have this place run this way...

30 minutes ago (9pm 28/06/2022)I bought ( from Laval - St Martin) a piece of cheesecake that I thought I like …. They gave me a NOT good and fresh one !!! What a disappointment!!! ? Probably was there for a few days…. The took my money for nothing!
Hey guys, im giving you 5 stars cause im not a complainer but PLEASE do something for the wait time for take out. I wanted to surprise my gf tonight with some mini egg pie and the line up was like 30 minutes so I had to leave. Im really disappointed about it. You guys need a better system for take out. I mean how long is it to choose a pie, pay for it and leave, it was like 6 or 8 minutes per person. Also maybe you could offer pick up? I call, pay over the phone and i come pick it up without waiting? Thanks!
This place is one of the best places to be with friends or by yourself! The coffees are amazing and the desserts delicious! You can definitely find the best apple pie topped with a ball of ice cream there! For sure it is the first place to come to mind when wanting a cozy and friendly place to be! The service is also impeccable! Pietro, I always admire how polite and welcoming you are! You definitely make our visit more enjoyable! Thank you!
Ridiculous pricingExcept the cheese cake which can get you sick like it did to my family last week.The cakes are not worth 35$+ .Extremely sweet and Fat.The service is really bad no description because they know sugar and fat are not worth mentioning.
Best cheesecake I have eaten by a long shot. Highly recommend the Apple Crumble Cheesecake or the Oreo Cheesecake. Pair this with a milkshake and your in heaven. Consistent quality & definitely will be returning for years to come.
Server was very rude and was not fair. He told us we can only stay a maximum of 1 hour, whereas there were other people around us who were there for longer. I have called the place before coming and asked them if there were any time limitations and he said you can stay here 2 to 3 hours if we want to. Serve announced that we can only stay there for an 1 when he brought us our cheesecakes, ruined the stay, I ate and left right away! Never returning, I would suggest you go to the one in west island where customer service is amazing !
Rockaberry is THE place to go for an amazing dessert and to relax with loved ones. With a friendly staff and some of the best cheesecake and pies you ever ate, this is a must. I go on a regular basis and am never disappointed.
