The staff was super nice. The food was ok, it tasted good but there was just one thing I didn't like about it, I got the chicken pita, I love that they use lavash pita but the chicken became like paste in my mouth and I didn't like the texture other than that it was good. I might give it another chance to see if it's always like that.

Honestly, I used to enjoy Boustan in the past but I feel that the quality and quantity has dropped a lot. Not a lot of meat in the sandwiches, more cut containing fat. The freshness is not the best either. Personally I highly recommend Shawarmaz in Laval, this is the best Shawarma in Montréal.
Food wasn't that great, the counter staff was not courteous and I had to repeat my order several times... I asked for the manager on duty and they said will be with me in a minute however he never came out from his office.. very bad experience. ?
It's so disappointing to hate on boustan because usually its good. I ordered and paid for a mix shawarma pita instead i get chicken. Not even all dressed. It's tough when you spend money on something you think would be worthy but turns out its not. The service was good they were all nice but i need my stuff the way i'm asking it to be. And don't even get me started on the potatoes, they were dry & tasteless. While boustan or sources, st jean is able to make them perfectly????
My packaging was terrible, my forks was packed in my pitta bread. I put 3 stars cause of that
It’s clear that the new administration change something in the recipe. The meat is sooooo delicious, which make the sandwich incredibly tasty. The best boustan sandwich that you can find.There is a big difference with others Boustan’s. I’m very happy for them :D
The vegan option is delicious !!!!! Service is warm and respectful. Great place to get a tasty bite to eat.
