Although it's in a food court, they still make the chicken fresh on the grill. Quality and freshness of the ingredients are not compromised and the portions are good. Spicyness level of the chicken is good kick.

Tasty , healthy compared to other fast food , very good portions the brown rice and wheat are awesome with spicy mayo on top and you can choose 7 ingredients on top as well . I have tried BBQ Chicken , it was tender and juicy. Worth a try , I will order again.
I’m a loyal customer to poulet rouge but I Just went today and ordered 2 poutines and for the first time I wasn’t able to eat it! Wasn’t good at all the chicken wasn’t cooked at all!!! Like I almost every day eat in Fairview it was my first experience to eat from cf carrfour Laval poulet rouge and the chicken wasn’t well cooked!!! Very very bad service!
