Pho Meh-Meh. Used to enjoy going to the one on l’Acadie, so was really disappointed with my experience at the Laval location. Beans and lime very unappetizing served with no basil or explanation why no basil, ordered boeuf saignant the meat was grey through out when it arrived at the table. Very greasy broth, noodles were over cooked. Just a big bland bowl of dishwater. Missing all the refinement and subtleties in flavour and texture that makes great pho such a favourite dish of mine. Will not be going back, rude and unfriendly service to top it off.
I recommend the bun bo hue, the place is very comfortable and clean! great variety of soups and drinks, they need to improve the service by the waiters, sometimes they are rude and not courteous .Good food ! Good drinks !Uno de los pocos lugares donde puedes encontrar comida muy deliciosa !
Well, did order for a pickup and when I arrived I was promptly « ignored » by the staff which clearly had a bad day. While waiting, they took the order of 2 walk-in…. Got fed up and ask for my order, which has been ready the whole time I was there …As for the quality of the food, the imperial rolls were soft (maybe because it stayed a bit long on the counter), and the chicken Katsu was sub-par.At least the place looked clean ….
The old man who’s working on Dec. 19 Sunday around 2pm was very very very rude. No professionalism, lack of customer service and we receive very bad service. Did not give us any water. Shouted to us when did not understand his question. As if we did something bad to him. He should be fired, he should not work on this restaurant. Never coming back to this place again. Karma will come to him soon. After I paid and give him tip, he did not even say thank you. So Everyone don’t ever ever go to this place if this man is serving you. This guy is the loudest among his coworker when he talk and he is between 45 to 50 of ages. No customer respect at all. I wonder what else he can do to your food when you are rude to him. He is disgusting and rude to his customer. Never coming back.
Ordered take out.The portions are good but nothing is very tasty. The rice with the grilled chicken is super dry, the sauce for the “nest” was super thin and tasteless. All in all a disappointing experience, will not be ordering from there again.
Right when we walk in, waitress didn’t welcome us with a hi, rather with a : VACCINE PASSPORT AND ID. Service was quick. We ordered 2 #9 pho with well done beef. There is just ONE size of PHO available which is medium. Imperial rolls are alright but their fish sauce is bland. The lime and the basil with sprouts comes in a tied up plastic bag. Disappointed with the pho, bland, served with fatty beef. When it was time to pay, the men worker was at the cash. When you finish paying with card, the man would quickly click “ DO NOT PRINT RECEIPT” on the interact machine from my side, which was very odd to do. Definitely very sketchy because the price is marked at a certain amount but when i check with my credit card, the amount has 2$ that has been over charged.

Pork chop was sour my kid have food poisoning for it. And i order a bun bo hue the cha lua was expire also. Verry bad handling the food. Nerver going back there anymore
Good pho. Fast service. It also has robot waiters.
The quality of food was lower this time. Usually they are good, but thus last time left me with a stomach ache. It is a great resturant mind you, but they need to upgrade their meats.
