Dirty restaurant, dirty doors, dirty tables with some garbage on them and veeeery dirty washroom; the smell is unbearable and no paper at all, so good like drying your hands and...Garbages full and and employees leaning on counter waiting... But waiting for what, go clean you restaurant for God's sake. Blame is again on Covid? BS. Honestly, I dunno how a multinational like KFC can permit that one of their restaurants becomes so filthy. I usually don't like to bring down businesses, but this one crossed the limits. The lady employee on the counter was nice when she served me.
DO NOT go here. The counter person did not know what the Famous Chicken Sandwich was (and it’s their marquee item). They did not give any dipping sauce for the popcorn chicken and it took almost half an hour to get my order. Avoid this location at all costs
? Yall- listen to the reviews. We went here Today despite reading the bad reviews cuz we didn't eat anything all day and waited a long time in line because 1 customer at the counter took their time telling the worker in the back what was supposed to be in his order (at least 10 minutes) ,, then another person came up and said they forgot to put in their salads and even showed the receipt that it was supposed to be included but the cashier said I'm gonna have to charge you extra for it (?????????) It was already ordered through an app and they showed their phone and everything on the list and cost and another guy came up to show the girl in the kitchen and have her make the salads for them (another 10 minutes at least) and then when it was our turn, our food order was a mess because I paid 5$ extra for the popcorn chicken which wasn't included and my bf got burger, fries and popcorn chicken,,,,, with a random whole chicken piece in the box??? Oh, also we did not get our salads ? it's just an embarrassment to be honest. I really never have seen this circus show before.
Honestly I'd put half a star or no star at all if it allowed. I went in at 7:15 and didn't leave until 7:50 for a simple 4 piece order. Upon getting there the cashier was very rude and clearly not having a great day. Which is fine but what is unacceptable is the way she spoke too and treated both her customers and coworkers. She continually argued with her employees, gave customers grief and kept rolling her eyes at every little inconvenience. Before I could even order she rudely told us she cant take any more orders which took 10 minutes. Before she would. And once she finally took my order then they ran out of chicken and said it would be 25 minutes after having already waited. People would inquire about their order and she would respond with attitude telling them they have to wait. Which waiting is fine but there are better ways to speak to someone. Would not recommend this location to anyone. After finally recieving my food another customer who ordered well before me got a little frustrated as she had been waiting longer. And politely asked for a refund and recieved attitude in response. Out of ten I'd give them half a star. Definitely will not be going back to this location. The customer service was atrocious and unnecessary.
They're doing everything possible to run themselves out of business. Gone are the golden days of great chicken, now it's just OK to scratch that fried chicken itch. The issue here is their horrible service. I'm nearly 2 hours into getting my order completed. Ordered online, no news for 90 minutes. If you don't UBEREATS your order fails. So I show up at the store and my order was never processed... Staff is minimal and there's a lot of annoyed people waiting for their food. This isn't on the employees, this is on the management who simply don't care. This business deserves to die and more Korean styled BBQs to come in Vimont.
Worst service ever. They always mess up your order, and when they promise to reimburse you they never do! They really do not care about customer service. I do not recommend nor do I suggest to ever go.
Regular food, but bad service.The girl taking orders at the cash were very careless.Many mistakes when ordering, i recomend you check every thing on collection.
worst service and horrible. they did not want to take the coupon at the store and gave hard time. I had to go to other kfc store and they took he coupon without any issue.
If I could give 0 star I would! They just don't take the coupons and service are bad and slow. Avoid losing your time going there. I used to go there often but I think the owner has change. Since then... Everything is bad.
Probably the worst KFC in Quebec!Staff changed, speak way to fast, they don’t accept coupons like all others.The worst part was the sauce was brown with black clumps inside!! AVOID?
