Horrible, very bad ecperience i've given many times over the past 2-3 years and it seems to be getting worst. The food quality is nasty dry triple fried dark looking things and is never fresh ! Avoid at all cost drive for another 10minutes and find another pfk really!!
Great staff and service, came on my bike and they exchanged my drink for an additional side, no charge. Thank you very much for your understanding.

I placed an order online at 5:21pm. The estimated time of pick-up was 5:36pm. I got there at 5:35pm. The restaurant's doors were locked. I went through the drive-through. There was a car in front of me waiting to be served. 15 minutes passed before this car's presence was even acknowledged from the person at the intercom. Once that car's presence was acknowledged, the person at the intercom wasn't understanding the order of the person ordering in the car. At some point, the person at the intercom stopped responding to the client. The client in the car in front of me then kept asking "Are you still there? Hello?". About 5 minutes have passed without anyone answering. Then another employee started from scratch with the client in front of me. At this point, I have been waiting in the drive-through for about 30 minutes. All of this and we were the only 2 cars in the parking/drive-through the whole time. No other clients came to place orders, or to pick-up online orders or any thing of sorts that could've explained the latency in the conversation between the client and the cashier, Then when my turn finally came around 6:05pm, I told them I was picking up an online order. I was then told to go and park in the parking and that someone would bring me my order when it'll be ready. Wait what?! I ordered at 5:21pm, the estimated time of completion was 5:36pm. It's 6:05pm and my order still isn't ready?! I know 5:36pm is an estimate, but really?! 30 minutes later and it's still not ready? Anyways, I go and park the car and a few minutes later someone comes to my car to give me my order. Before leaving, I double-check that everything is there. The large fries as well as the large salad were missing from my order. So I went back in the drive-through and told them I was missing a few things. They gave me the fries and told me they didn't have any large salads left so instead they gave me 3 small salads. This is unacceptable. I paid for a large salad. Not the first time I go to this restaurant and there's always something. Last time, they told me they didn't accept coupons, the time before they were closed even though the opening hours on both KFC's website and Google (and on the physical door) mentioned the restaurant was open. Never going back there. It's unfortunate that KFC's service is getting worse and worse over the years. It used to be a great place to be.
I had the best service ever there omg ? the boys had a hard day, yet the we’re smilling and friendly ?? All they needed was being nice with them! ??To all people that gave 1 star, it’s not a fine restaurent and if you would be at their place, I don’t you’d do better ??Cheers boys!
Dining room close and the chicken in my burger is dry as hell. Poutine with popcorn chicken was good though.
I never wrote a review but this is the worst kfc burger ever! Rude staff, kfc original is with Mayo and 2 pickels! Not fresh at all it's like a stone. Fries cold as hell, the cover of the soft drink is for coffee! What's happening with KFC!!!!! IT USED TO BE MY FAVOURITE MEAL PERIOD. ZEROOOO
The quality of their food is very bad compared to other kfc I've been. Also staff need to retrained in regards to behavioral attitudes especially the young ladies that work there. Very rude.. u buy popcorn chicken but when you ask for the sauce you get an attitude ?.
Got the wrong sandwich. My poutine was made from fries that were old, cold and the most disgusting texture I ever had in any big chain fast food restaurants. The fries and The cheese curd was so cold that the sauce could not even make the dish warm. My soft drink cup came with a coffee cap that was not working with a straw. This was the last time I was eating in a KFC.
