Pizzas are rich in flavours and the dough is very spongy. However, the customer service needs to be improved they try to overcharge. DON’T BE FOOLED!
Best ever experience in the whole Town!! Highly recommended!!We came all the way from Toronto without any French language skills. Yet the Cashier was much polite and really patient with us, which I never experienced in the restaurants for the last one week in our Montreal trip. He even tackled our mistake with much grace. 10 out of 10 for the cashier who is in shorts (forgot to ask his name) and his politeness and pizza too.. much appreciation and keep up the good work brother. Person like you are really needed in this world when people are patiently waiting for the order in an hungry stomach!!!
very good pizza for the price. 21 dollars large all dressed pizza and fries. they gave very good sauces aswell
I ordered online and it worked fine. The only thing is that I could not choose half pizza with one flavor and the other half another, they could add this option in the website.
I called just now and a girl answered my call and I said I want pizza for delivery and she simply hung up the phone. I called again and I asked her why she hung up the call she said yes and I ask her why and very rudely she said I didn’t hear u.She clearly hung up out of frustration I don’t know .What kind of behaviour they have

My experience has always been great at this location of Papa John's. They make really good pizzas and they have great and affordable prices. I have always been getting a fast service (once I place my order online) for pick up. I am fully satisfied by the overall service and staff at this location in Laval.
Horrible experience with this restaurant! Went in at 1pm, ordered a medium pepperoni pizza to go & waited inside for 30 minutes. Finally went up to the cash to see if the order was ready..they forgot to make it!!! Waited another 20 minutes for the pizza to be ready & received zero apology whatsoever for the mistake! Will never go back to this unorganized, unprofessional establishment EVER!
Longtime customer. This was the last time I’ll ever go here. The guy that was making the pizza had the flu sneezing in a tissue never washed his hands and made my pizza in front of me didn't say a word. I got out and left never to go back. Food inspectors should check up on him all the time ..disgusting. He shouldn’t be working if he is sick. Management should have sent him home. Buy 1 get covid for free?
Experience was ok but pizza taste no more than 2 stars. Not better and not worse than other US brand such as Pizza Hut and domino.
