Worst service I've ever had at any restaurant, especially from the manager who was extremely unpleasant and insulting to the point we ended up leaving and looking for another restaurant. Avoid at all cost, there are plenty of better options in the same area.

Very cool spot with fun horse sculpture outside the restaurant. This is my first P. F. Chang expérience, and this is one of the most expensive Chinese restaurants I’ve ever eaten. $20+ for the fried rice that tasted sweet and not much wok flavor. The crispy beef is very North American but it does taste good. Very interesting experience. Love the interior and outdoor design. Polite service.

Always a treat to here! The food is always fresh and the service is great. I also love the classy ambience and cleanliness ? the dynamite shrimp is a must for any one who comes here!

Went in with a lot of expectations. The quality of the food was poor. The oil used smelt very bad. To make it even worse they decided to charge us an extra 50$ for something we did not order. No apology asked. She tried to justify her mistake. I escalated it to the manager but didn’t make a difference. Please double check your bill before paying.

Each time I decide to go to P. f. Chang’s it’s always a good anticipation. But last night May 13th 22 it was the second time I had this bad experience but this one was enough for me to decide to stop going there . Don’t get me wrong the service at the table is impeccable but the food presentation and quality is questionable. This is the second time that my friend and I ordered the Crispy honey chicken (which there is no honey at all in that plate) my friend received his plate that was 1/4 less then my plate .I don’t understand why?if we are both paying the same price our plate , we should have both same portion? We told our server and they provide a small additional portion, that was so good compare to our original plate . This was disappointing. We shouldn’t have to live that. Then I started eating and found a black hair on my chicken … that grossed me out . The server saw me pushing my plate and came right away , took my plate and offer to not charged us the order or to redo for take out cause I wasn’t hungry anymore . We took the take out . But we realized that it was no longer one of our favourite restaurants anymore.. The food is not cheap . I’m giving a 2 starts for the quality of food and the portion but I wish I can give a 5 stars for the service at the table … I’m sorry for this review , but this is unacceptable and need to be review .. I know the pandemic was not easy on all restaurants but this is not a good reason at all . I want to focus now on all the good time I went there and it was simply amazing …

As always, this place didn’t disappoint us. We ordered our drinks first, then we asked for some time to relax and enjoy them before we placed our entree and main course order. The service was quick and friendly. The drinks were outstanding, the food was delicious and well prepared, it could have been a little hotter, but in the end, it was a very good evening.

Mongolian beef is the best here! Also tried walnut shrimp, sweet and tasty.

We had lunch with a party of 8, the food was tasty, portions were generous and almost everybody's food arrived at the same time, extra wait was short. The decor was nice. Service was fine. Will definitely go back.

Decided to finally try this restaurant. It reminds me of Miss Wong but a male version. Though the menu is just one page, there are some really nice dishes. The dishes are quite big and enough for four people. If you’re going to eat here, bring your appetite! I had the Pad Thai (wasn’t the best, but ok) the Mandarin Crunch salad was exceptional. The dumplings, well they’re just dumplings. Home style egg rolls were good and had a nice little “ting” to each bite. The next time I go back, I will definitely try the Chang’s Lettuce Wraps.
