We didn't have any reservations on Friday night,and everything was amazing! Even with 3 big groups , service was so fast. The staff is accommodating. I had the Biblical Brie burger with BETHLEHEM BULL, so delicious. All of our food came quickly as well.I would recommend this place to anyone
Le service était horrible!! Honnêtement c'était le pire service à vie que j'ai reçu... Pour avoir été souvent mangé à celui de Blainville et Saint-Jérome, ce restaurant est une vrai honte pour cette chaîne de restauration.. De plus, le personnel ne parle pas un mot français et on a du attendre 45min pour recevoir nos repas, puisqu'ils sont arrivés avant les entrées ou jamais arrivés pour centaines personnes assise à notre table... Je n'irai plus jamais à ce restaurant la prochaine fois j'irais à celui de Blainville!!!
Vraiment déçu je connais bien cette chaine de restaurant et cette sucursale a mon avis est une honte pour la franchise le service est un gros zéro nous avons eu notre table 30 minutes en retard même avec notre réservation qui était pour un surprise party. les serveurs parlent pratiquement juste anglais le service était horriblement lent (1h30 pour 1 bière) les repas principaux arrivaient avant les entrées, certaines choses commandés ne sont jamais arrivés. Ensuite nous devons passer un intérogatoire de police si nous donnons un pourboire équivalent au service... nous avons même du nous lever pour aller chercher nos assiettes/breuvages a la cuisine! si vous voulez essayer ces restaurants pour la première fois allez a une autre succursale comme blainville sinon vous serez déçu et vous ne saurez pas ce qu'est réellement cette chaine de restaurant.
Brought my son for his 16th birthday.He had Bloody Good Classic and I had the rack of ribs.His burger was really good. He liked the special sauce.My ribs were the best I’ve had in years. Compared to many places.Very good!
Came here with my 6 year old boy…we absolutely loved the decor and atmosphere and the food was the cherry on top!!! The burgers are so fresh and the poutine to die for!!!! I had the “Fancy Chick” and it was immaculate!! So delicious!!!!The kids menu is fantastic and there are so many choices!! Better than any burgers we’ve ever ate! My son never wants to go to MCDS again!! Yeah!! Will most definitely come back for a girls night out since I noticed they had some pretty amazing cocktails and a cool bar! They also have brunch and will come back and try that too!Great service, food was served fast and everyone is so nice here! All in all an awesome place! Also huge parking! Support LOCAL!!!! This place is a hidden gem!!!Thanks guys!!!
It is supposed to be a Good burger joint! But I need to be honest and give my input. I ordered tonight (23Jan2022) burgers for me and my wife. My wife wanted the Buffalo fried chicken burger and we also had the Thou Salt Burger and the Divine Inspiration burger. All went well until my wife opened and tried the Buffalo burger. It was cold, too spicy because the staff put so much sauce that the bread was wet. We asked the buns to be well toasted. In addition to that I added in the comments that we wanted the burgers to be well cooked. They respected it for the beef burgers but not at all for the fried chicken burger. Very disappointed and since it was through Ubereat, we could not even get a refund for this disgusting burger. I was initially giving 4 stars but now I can give max 2 stars and advice anybody ordering from this restaurant to avoid their Buffalo fried chicken. It is a huge waste of money. Personally I recommend only the beef but not the chicken. Please see my pics you will understand.
First time .Ordered through Door Dash. Burger was lukewarm but still delicious. One of the best hamburgers. 6 oz. patty. Created my own burger.Poutine was hot and tasty. Would definitely recommend. Cannot wait to order something else next time.
Forget this place. I ordered full ribs, got them half cooked soaking in liquid sauce feeling like a soup. Tasted like watered down cafeteria food. Tried to give them a chance by getting a desert filled with dissapointment. Ended up having a 35$ pre-tip bill ? learn from my mistake and chose another place. I heard La Cage is good go there instead
Amazing food, warm fun and welcoming atmosphere, celebrated my 50th bday and all was on point. Thank you so much for accommodating us at the last minute during these uncertain times ? we had a wonderful afternoon ? oh and fyi bottomless mimosas on menu to boot ???
I created my burger from “your creation” menu and it was really delicious; fantastic taste and texture. As a burger lover I would say it was among top 3 burgers I have ever tasted!
