Welcoming staff, nice store and good coffee. I recommend if you have a Nespresso machine! I am not a true coffee lover so I dont really need a manual high end espresso machine. The nespresso Virtuo plus and Enissia machines are doing a great job. Very easy to use and good coffee extraction using the capsules. The only downside of Nespresso is that before they had great deals when you were buying lots of capsules (free machine, or big discount) but now this is strict minimum discount. For example, even if you want to buy more than 450 capsules in one shot, you will get the same discount as someone only buying 150 capsules. Also. Nespresso France/Europe is having far better deals than Nespresso Canada even though I was told that Nespresso Canada at Carrefour Laval is the biggest and best seller store in the whole world. This is basically a joke since they don't even have half of the products available in Europe. Anyway, if you want easy good quality coffee, go for the Nespresso products, you cannot go wrong. If you want high end quality with your own selection of coffee, you may go with manual espresso machines (Miele, Delonghi etc..). By the way, if you already know which Nespresso capsules you need, you may call Nespresso Canada and order over the phone or online, this will save you time and money. You won't have to use your car and the shipment if not mistaken will be free with minimum order and shipment will come within 48h-72h (as per previous experience).
Staff are super helpful and friendly. I taseted many types there. The coffe is very delicious and the prices are great
The worst experience!!!! I ordered online to pick up.They send me an email that my order is ready but make me wait 25 minutes with nobody in front of me. Everyone that came in the store passed me by. They don't prioritize the online orders. Will never buy nespresso cups again. Terrible service. Never again this store.

Got a Vertuo for Father’s Day and came back to exchange it for another machine. Was served by Soya who was very courteous and professional. After trying over 6 different tastings she convinced me to keep the vertuo as coffee was creamier due to the centrifusion system. All in all great experience, Soya spent over an hour with me explaining the benefits of the Vertuo line. I was sold. Great service, great experience. Thank you Soya.
Let me start by saying that I like the coffee and the machines. I also acknowledge that many decent people may be working here.My experience with this store was not very pleasant though. There were no more than a couple of people inside. The guy at the door rudely just stopped us from entering and getting a sleeve. He wanted us to go behind this single guy to whom he was talking and wait. I guess because how dare we try to skip his sales pitch!?I think this is their sales strategy but they forget that at the age of instant shopping this 1990s technique will almost certainly backfire.Even being the only game in Lava will not work as people can buy these and competing pods online.Well I am not going to go there anymore although it's only five min from me.

Its not understandable that a company that big doesn't accept cash as a payment method. Pretty dissapointed.
