Nous avons eu un très bon service, par contre la nourriture était très ordinaire.
I rarely do google reviews but this time i had too! This place was terrible. No service at all. We didnt even get water and had to get up to order. The pictures on their social media is so fake. Food was served in less than 5 minutes and was cold ? Fish was smelling fishy and unfrozen style. Same goes for the calamari. The fried shrimps we’re drowned in a cheap sauce. Overall : 200$ and never coming back.
We were 6 and arrived at about 6pm on Sunday. We were seated and nobody came to get our drink order or food order. We left 30 minutes later and went to jack astor's.They were not understaffed as there were plenty of employees who were walking around doing nothing. It was not busy. There were only 4 other people besides us. Someone who looked like a manager saw us and did not send anyone over. Cooks were sitting outside of the kitchen. You're in the service business, take care of your customers. I shouldn't have to remind you that we are there.Lesson of the story: go to jack astor's. You'll be served quickly and waiter will check on you often.

Overpriced frozen garbage, dirty and chipped glass. Portions are ridiculous for the price. Staff was nice and welcoming but the Floor is crack house dirty and so is the fabric on the chairs. Not coming back.
I’d been wanting to try this place for a while and I was so disappointed! This place was beyond overrated. To start the service was horrible, it’s run by a bunch of kids who could care less if you’re there, brought the wrong drinks not once but twice. As we were about to eat the appetizers we noticed our cutlery was dirty, but really dirty as in dry food stuck on dirty. The cabbage garnish in my plate was spoiled, they put shrimp on our plate after we specifically asked for none due to allergies and the main course the beef was like shoe leather. We mentioned our disappointment to the waitress who asked if we wanted to speak to the manager but we declined as we just wanted to leave. We saw them speaking and he looked over at our table but made no effort whatsoever to come speak with us. To top it all off my friend noticed after we had left that they overcharged her tip somehow by $30. Save your $ you’ll have better Asian food in a mall food court!
We reserved a table for 8 at 10pm. Had to wait in line for 25min, even though it wasn’t packed inside, and when I asked someone why the wait? They told me that it helps to attract more people when they’re is a waiting line. Finally got inside and I was surprised to have a table for 4 not 8 and no chairs allowed. I thought this place was as good as its marketing, but I was wrong. Would recommend a better management company.
mauvaise gestion des services mis dehors au bout d'une 1h45 alors que nos bouteilles de vin étaient a moitié pleine sans avoir la possibilité de commander un dessert ou des digestifs, alors que la salle était vide et aucune file d'attente a l'entrée. aucun respect de la clientèle, malgrés la qualité de la nourriture on ce croirait dans un buffet libre service de mauvaise qualité la satisfaction client n'est clairement pas leurs priorités je vous déconseille clairement ce restaurant pour vous détendre lors d'une soirée au restaurant
Terrible experience, disrespectful staff, we had to quit our table before we were done eating. They refused to serve us glass of water after we bought multiples bottle..
After Moomba closed, Miss Wong opened in its place and it had to live up to what Moomba was. I can say that it did. The party atmosphere is there, the Asian fusion food is delicious, the service is courteous and fast. The DJs play great party favourites ? both current and throwbacks. Will go back again.
