Great experience with Mcdo Curé-Labelle. Clean, well cooked, juicy. Seriously very impressed by the quality compared to other McDonald's. Go look at my pics, you will be hungry very quickly. It is a no brainer, a good fast-food burger. You cannot go wrong with this staples of the burger. I recommend this franchise located at Cure Labelle Laval.
I can understand that there will be the occasional delay as machines break down, etc. but this should not obviate the need for a sincere apology.My iced coffee was delivered black even though I only specified ‘no ice ‘and ‘no sugar’. To add insult to injury, no apology was proffered, and once the cream was added it was left to yours truly to stir the mixture, as this omission was another oversight.
The girl at drive thru needs a major lesson in manners. I guess McDonald's hires anybody nowadays. Super rude, extremely unprofessional very immature. I'd give minus stars if I could. So disgusting the service.
So slow , i ordered twice , both times they simply forgot to provide the order, everyone thinking the other will serve an order which will be forgotten after all and I had to show them the receipt to get my order all over again ( 45 minutes to get a cappuccino and ice cream)
Avoid at all costs. Always a problem with my family's order or my own.Also drive thru is closed early and they only accept your order if Uber delivers it to you which makes no sense.I will not be returning
The worst service ever and if I can just give them zero star that would be great.Alexander i think his name was today around 5:30 with the cashier black hair she had her right hand wrapped up. So I witness an incident in front of me were they were so disrespectful to a lady. And even the way they were treating us was with mocking while we were ordering our food too. I wish McDonald’s will take some actions toward this because we love this place and not acceptable to have employees like this. The reason Im standing with the young lady (the client) because she was out of her car while I was waiting to pay trying to figure her problem with the employees Thank you.
This McDonalds is actually rarely open due to lack of staff, and their ice cream machine never works. Disappointing experience. In order to improve, I recommend hiring more staff and ensuring that the ice cream machine works more often.
I don't like McDonald's at all but because of one guy who works in the night shift at this McDonald's, I started liking McDonald'sHe is really nice and he makes everything tasty and freshMust visit this McDonald's late at night
The worst McDonald’s in the city.They screw up on the easiest orders even when it’s not rush hour.I ordered through the app2 happy mealls. 1-cheeseburger and the other nuggets. When I got home and opened up the boxes I see. 2 nugget orders. No dipping sauce and no toy. ?.
Good food, very fast getting your food. Only downside is the soda machine didn't have any ice and the root beer wasn't very cold. Otherwise great!
