Took a little while to get my order, But the place was clean and the staff were prompt when completing a request.
Currently waiting in drive thru. 30 minutes wait time.Update: Waiting for 2 iced coffees for over 20 minutes now. Yes, coffee. The place isn't even busy. The staff doesn't care.Don't come here.
We go here a lot many times and usually always order French fries. Now that they’ve changed their system they asked us to wait at reserve number 1, this guy came to deliver the fries and we asked for extra salt and pepper , obviously it’s your job to walk and deliver whatever the order is and any number of times you would have to in a day. That guy was super rude and said that we should’ve asked for it at the window , not that we knew they were going to ask us to wait further at the reserve point and close the window by then due to COVID regulations! We told him that we didn’t know as well that we were to wait here and instead of apologising or being okay with just walking few steps again to get what we asked for, he started arguing that we should’ve mentioned it earlier. Dude if you don’t like your job please find something else to do rather than throwing tantrums on the customers or just bloody Shutup and walk and deliver whatever the customer needs and something that he has paid for.
Brought mom for breakfast after mass. We had pancakes ?. The food was delicious and the orange juice great. The staff was friendly and efficient.
Today breakfast is very delicious and tasty.. fries and breakfast sandwiches are fresh!! Thanks McDonald's❤
Placed an order on line to get 5 items delivered, only got 4 items !!!! They forgot to add 1 item in the bag . So had to drive there to get the missing item , then no apology!! How hard is to prepare an order with 5 items ?? Unacceptable and terrible service.
I had a very bad experience with this Mac , no respect . The guy who was taking my order refused speaking in English , I had very simple coffee order which all Mac’s employee could understand that but he was ignoring me and in front of everyone he was making fun of me , I felt so bad . I will never go back to this Mac . I hope the supervisor reads this to prevent it for other people .unbelievable
What a story which in the end was resolved by a manager able to think out of the box and help with a solution. Thank you Etienne ( hope this was the name of the manager). So why 4 stars and not 5, was due to the line manager who keep saying no and had no solutions
Standard McDonald's experience. Easy access with prompt service and good parking.
Fast and decent service. Better than some other McDonald's.
