It tasted like they wiped the bun on the floor and dipped the Pattie’s in a mop bucket and dried it out the French fries were definitely over cooked and under seasoned I’ve been to better McDonald’s over my life come on do better I can’t even explain how the lettuce tasted I’m no Karen but I prob need to talk to the franchise.
They always fail my order. I always ask for a wrap and they always give me a burger. But they are always nice to change it and they even give me a apple pie for the error . So the drive through is the problem. So order inside I guess.
Horrible service !!!! Staff at night !!! Today, i spoke to her in english and replied in french and gave me a nasty attitude because of it! Im sick of people like that! Yes i speak French, the point is what we call being polite. The drive thru woman shouldn't work there if shes not in a mood to do so.
Terrible & disgusting I was so excited to try the new bbq bounder , which was the worst hamburger ever; I threw it after getting it right away ; no lettuce no pickles no nothing only the beef burger and the cheese. it was like a scam ,you have to check it before you leave the drive through , extremely poor service.
There is this gentleman who may be a manager of the shift has real attitude problem, he is tarnishing the McDonald's particular location. He worked on Sunday evening shift, March 20th I saw him between 6.00p.m- 9.00p.m. Please discipline the staff.
Order 2 McFlurry ESTI never got them ! No savoir of gestion. I want my McFlurrys please ! Au lieu de faire des commandes les employés change de place les sauces. At this to snap on the employees but keep it calming. I almost miss my last bus of the day and got home after 3 hours of walk. for 2 McFlurrys !!! Thank you ??️
One advice, check your order before you leave!!I order a trio double Big mac with NO BACON… the girl with an attitude answer « it doesn’t come with Bacon » I’m like in the picture i see bacon but no problem as long as you got my request thank youI get my order.. of course i checked on the spot… bacon :)…. I talk to the serving lady to change it … she takes it.. brings it back.. the same sandwich they just opened and removed the bacon.. but not all of it…
Food tastes horrible. I can’t believe I used to eat this. The bread and quality of the “meat” is terrible. A&W is a tiny upgrade. But regardless, they both make horrible poutines, they beef burgers are tasteless and bitter. The only thing I can personally handle, is the junior burgers because they smother them in mayo. The sodas taste like old melted ice water.
Tonight, my friends an I ordered 3 combos, including extra large min teas.Honey and Splenda were missing. And there was only one tea bag.Very unsatisfying.
The food was great as usual, but for today's experience, I give 2 stars because I waited in line for 45 minutes at the drive through between 0:45 and 1:30. They even made someone backup from the pickup window to a payment window. I saw a car leaving the line just before paying. It was mildly chaotic to say the least. Now, I understand that they may be understaffed, especially on the night shift, but things were not moving forward tonight McDonald. Sorry for the review. I did enjoy my food tho!
