Been coming here since 1993. Seen it through 2 renovations and the place still rocks. I come here for one thing only, the Donner plate. I don't even need a menu.Staff is amazing and friendly. Angelo, you rock :-)
Food is good but price is bad like most restaurants. The price doubled since covid. We left with over 100$ bill last time. Everything is blamed on covid these days just to catch up on their profits they lost. So not super satisfied on that. I am not eating at a high class restaurant, I bought souvlaki !!! I'm sorry but the price is not justified.
They seem to ignore/disrespect English clientele. I have just visited that establishment for the last time. When it came time to pay, the portable terminal was NOT bilingual. It ruined a perfect night out. The disrespect turned a nice night out to my having to make a quick exit due to my blood boiling at this flagrant disrespect. Thankfully Christina’s is located just a few minutes away for future use. It’s just sad when a business hypocritically accepts bilingual money yet doesn’t give a bilingual option when it’s time to pay. Had I known this, I never would have eaten there. Just so, so sad for this to happen. And had it been bilingual, the server would have received a better tip, as I would have been able to understand the options. How dare they!
Always been a favourite of mine and still is. Happy they are on Door Dash now. Great food always.
Always so reliable! There are never ant mistakes, the service is so quick and the food is always ready on time. My recurring faves are the gyro pita plates and the chicken pitas, and the appetizers like kopanisti (whipped feta and red pepper spread), tzatziki, loukaniko and the calamari are delicious.
The waiters forgot to bring my order sadly. The food was juicy as always. They let us choose our own seats.I understand it was getting crowded for a late Saturday night but I only had ordered a salad whereas my companion had a 2 stick chicken plate with a large spanakopita [that I highly recommend sharing] and had barely waited 15-20 min.Service is Bilingual which is nice.Small tip: Make sure you wipe your utensils to remove leftover water or soap residue before you eat...
Ordered gyro pita platter with fries. Was not busy at all. Asked to have entre and main dish together. Guy came back twice to confirm the order. We got entre first while main dish was meat on rice. Once he realized his error, serveur asked me if i wanted pita on the side and i confirmed yes. Never got my pita and obviously no tzatziki sauce. Next time just have paper and pen, write down the order.

I love marathon souvlaki it's one of the best food to eat its really fantastic I still eat there it's amazing food every one should eat there
