La première fois que j’ai appelé pour commander à cet endroit c’est il y a un peu plus d’un an je crois, la réceptionniste était bête comme ses pieds car j’ai osé lui demander la grandeur des poutines en pouces (certains restos l’indiquent) donc je voulais savoir si c’était possible d’avoir l’information, sinon, c’est pas plus grave que ça mais je n’ai pas besoin de me faire insulter au téléphone pour ça. Bref j’ai décidé de commander à nouveau, la semaine dernière, mais par DoorDash pour éviter de me faire insulter à nouveau. J’ai commandé un sous-marin aux pepperonis qui vient avec fromage, laitue, tomates, oignons et sauce (selon le site du resto) et j’ai demandé la sauce à part. À ma grande surprise il n’y avait que le pain et le pepperoni. Le fromage, la laitue, les tomates, les oignons et la vinaigrette étaient tous manquant!! Pourtant le site de DoorDash indique au restaurant que s’ils n’ont pas l’item demandé ils doivent me contacter et ils ne l’ont jamais fait. Très mauvaise service pour moi, ce à deux reprises, donc jamais plus.

The Classic poutine at Le Poutine Bar was tasty; the crispy texture of fries was appreciated and there was enough cheese which in some cases there isn't. However, the sauce could have been a tad warmer. Other customers along side me said the same. I don't know if the burner wasn't working properly but I think it should be addressed. thank you.
I got the Fabreville and my wife the carnivore poutine. Both were awesome. The big one was a bit smaller in size from what I expected but the taste was really really good. The sauce was perfect , not too much . And the cheese too!!! I recommend this place if you live in the Fabreville area. If you only speak English find a friend that can order for you. ?
Unhygienic, the woman who served us wasn't wearing a mask. Refused to acknowledge our presence in the store. Items were missing from order. Food is good, but horrible customer service ruins the experience. Was my first time here, and my last.
